Pilates in the Park

Join Hunters Point Parks Conservancy and LIC Pilates for free classes in the park. These 45 minute open level classes use your own body weight to enhance your workout. Based upon the Joseph Pilates mat repertoire, this is the perfect class to try out Pilates. Pilates is a combination of strengthening and lengthening your mussels at the same time. Specific techniques are incorporated to help spinal health.
