  • Queens Landing 57-28 2nd St Unit 105 LONG ISLAND CITY United States (map)

Hunter's Point Park is perfect for  Nature Journaling by the beautiful East River. It’s an oasis of trees, gardens, and open spaces. Nature journaling is for enthusiasts of any art experience level. We’ll start with the basics of drawing light shadow and shape.  Scientific illustrator Monica Schroeder will delve into trees, the details of bark, leaves, flowers, and branches, and different tree shapes and groups of trees in a landscape. Join us to connect with local nature and try out some art.
