Your privacy is important to us. It is Friends of Gantry Plaza State Park, Inc’s (“Hunters Point Parks Conservancy”, “HPPC”, “us”, “we”, “our”) policy to respect the privacy of our users regarding any information we collect on our website, https://www.hunterspointparks.org/, (the “website”). 

Our website links to external sites that are not operated by HPPC. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites, and cannot accept liability or responsibility for their privacy policies. 

You have the right to refuse to share personal information with us, with the understand that that may affect our ability to provide you with some services.

What information does HPPC collect?

We collect contact information from individuals who sign up for our newsletter or our events via Eventbrite, and from those who make donations to HPPC. 

HPPC may also collect information from other public sources, third parties, or other organizations that we may combine. 

Our website automatically collects non-personally identifiable aggregated information such as ISP, browsers, operating systems, and similar information about visitors. 

How HPPC uses and shares collected information

We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf. You may subscribe or unsubscribe to any newsletter or email communication from HPPC at any time.
